Current and Future Property Plans

Basecamp started as a vision of creating Canada’s largest and most progressive wakeboarding facility. After accomplishing this goal in 2007 we started dreaming bigger. The executive summary of what our team would like to accomplish is creating Canada’s first action sports vacation destination. With our property nestled on the waterfront of Lake Rosseau in Muskoka, with 220 acres of beautiful Muskoka wilderness behind, we have plenty of space to create a young adult (25 – 40) investment opportunity by building a cottage timeshare ownership style resort with activities on site that cater to the aging action sports enthusiast and their children. The action sports demographic is now in their early 20’s and will soon start looking for affordable property in cottage country, Basecamp will be an investment opportunity for them that can return on their investment and allow them to own a fraction of the magic Muskoka has to offer.
